Louis is the guiding force behind Bridgecity’s exponential growth, utilizing his work ethics and dedication to set incredible standards for the real estate lending platform that has quickly become known as an industry giant.

Within the last ten years, Louis successfully handled over $750MM in loan facilitation, operating as the intermediary and General Counsel for the company’s growing portfolio of property transactions. With his role steeped in financial analysis, investment research, strategic planning, and corporate leadership, Louis has an innate knowledge of each deal’s market structure.

Louis is also known for prioritizing the human side of transaction fluidity, having developed a reputation throughout his high profile network of investors, property owners and industry leaders. He has set an impressive standard nationwide which borders on vision and materializes via reputation. As VP at Meral Property Group, Louis channels his passions and expertise toward acquisitions and incredible rapport with clients throughout commercial real estate ventures.

It is perhaps Louis’ ability to foster lasting relationships with clients that has turned his data driven persona into one of of credibility and trust. Balancing his hard-working business sense with down time, Louis enjoys shifting his competitive streak toward attending professional New York baseball games and spends quality time with his wife and daughter.

With a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in business management and finance, Louis received his law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, having graduated in 2016. Louis is a member of the NYS Bar Association.
