“Financials in real estate should be the culmination of the past, present and future corporate vision. I get to actualize that vision everyday.”

Possessing the acute skill set and lauded credentials in the financial arena, Jacob is a CPA with a masters of science in accounting and an impressive record across the investment, analytics and compliance sectors. With an impressive 90% average on his CPA exams, he proceeded to apply a keen sense of observation and acuity to his numerous financial roles. After an early promotion to Manager and 5 years at Deloitte, he formally joined Bridgecity in October of 2021.

While he’s somewhat of a legend when it comes to complex financial situations and number crunching, Jacob approaches tasks head on and with a systematic approach that mirrors his patient demeanor. From preparing and auditing financials to general tax compliance, consulting and provision engagements, modeling IPO impacts and bank stress simulations, his knowledge of finance is coupled with a deep seated sense of trust and a committed work ethic.

Jacob attributes his resounding success to a positive attitude and passion for what he does. While he currently resides in Hollywood, Florida and considers the beach his sanctuary, Jacob is psyched to be working alongside what he presumes to be some of the greatest minds in New York real estate. Having known some of the partners since his early days growing up in the tristate area, Jacob sees a vision that is well aligned with his personal and professional mindset.

When he’s not actively manning the financial ledgers, reporting requirements, and key analyses on the job, Jacob addresses precise technologies and incorporates workflow processes to ensure a fluid financial system. He often confers with senior investors and third party financial institutions, but challenges his adventurous streak with active sports. He particularly enjoys a daily 4-7 mile run, excursions with his wife, and is working on adding surfing and dirt biking to his repertoire.

Jacob’s motto is honed by an admirable amount of patience and he firmly believes that “there is no such thing as a stupid question.” This phrase is one he often coins, as an advocate of knowledge, growth and constructive criticism.
