Presenting deals is in E.J. 's DNA, yet the drive to overdeliver stems from his fascination with the people he works with and the mindset to grow alongside their growth.

With close to a decade of relevant expertise, E.J. has learned the ropes from the ground up, initiating a self made career as a real estate broker in the NYC vicinity. Foraging into real estate management in late 2020, he was intrigued by the creative deal structures and the mindset of the Bridgecity team. “I look at growth as a joint effort and a shared perspective, yet I know my set of strengths and believe in staying true to myself by never losing sight of those strengths.”

After graduating from Bellevue University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Business, E.J. was drawn to the real estate market due to its flexibility and open ended growth. He quickly learned to adapt a value driven approach, becoming known for his niche and sought after because of it.

Following much close communication and a like minded work ethic, E.J. shifted his career by tapping into his growing network and joining the Bridgecity team. His infatuation with clever deal structuring and empathetic approach to real estate has helped him develop a close rapport with his growing contact list, where his emphasis on long term relationship building has given him the
advantage in a cluttered and often cutthroat market.

“There’s no deal worth the cost of a relationship” has been E.J. 's constant motto, one that he works hard to implement in both his personal and professional interactions.

E.J. is as loyal as he is a hard worker, taking all measures to guarantee investment value for his clients. When he’s not hard at work he makes sure to carve time to be spent with family and friends. After a day in the grind, E.J. eases up while working out, always looking for ways to set the bar higher.
