It’s not every day that you get an attorney and developer to establish a niche in the financial market.

Allan is the hybrid between strategic law and creative deal structure. As the CEO and founder at Bridgecity Capital, he recognized the growing need for a most effective and accessible route to borrower’s capital.

Coming from his authoritative and current position at Meral Property Group, an acquisitions and development firm, Allan has always paid attention to detail throughout the deal procurement process. Meral has closed over $400M in real estate development and finance since 2014, with over 650K sq ft in property development throughout the tri state and metropolitan areas.

Allan is not new at making waves in the real estate market. Having been one of the youngest attorneys admitted to the Bar in the State of NY in many years, he has been representing private equities, business groups, joint ventures, and high net worth individuals during his first 8 years as a practicing attorney.

He was admitted to the NYS Bar in 2007. Even during his law school years, Allan clerked for the office of the Attorney General of the State of NY’s Investor Protection Bureau; Real Estate Finance Division, and graduated from law school at the age of 22. He has received his bachelors, with honors, in business management and finance at Brooklyn College. He received his law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, with a concentration in Real Estate Transactions. Allan is a member of the NYS Bar Association.

The team at Bridgecity has adapted quite a track record for impressive deals. At the helm, Allan alternates between strategic investment challenges and heated political brawls. Always on the premise of a good conversation and sometimes heated debate, he’s the guy who’s constantly looking to ‘get it closed’. A native New Yorker, Allan resides in Brooklyn and adapted some of the region’s hip cultural perks at Bridgecity’s headquarters.

While placing the stakes high at the company, Allan is the productivity guru that incorporates a cultural aspect to the entire office structure. He implements tennis matches and nights out with the team to set the tone for unabridged excellence. When he isn’t reviewing figures and legal documents at the office, he enjoys playing tennis, attending basketball games, and spending time with his wife and children. Allan remains grounded in his regard for family, faith and a healthy dose of humor, attributes that make him a magnet for productivity and a role model for success.
