Aaron has been named many things in the property brokerage arena, but he has consistently been rated as NYC’s top deal-maker, as compiled by the CoStar group.

Known as the top broker in New York for the past 4 consecutive years, Aaron has been initiating more deals per year than anyone else in the market. His sales origins have been humble, first at a large media outlet, and later expanding to the life insurance industry, where he developed quite a rapport with the people he’d meet. Aaron entered the real estate industry in 1993 and has earned a stellar reputation for identifying opportunities and closing deals. Noticing his immediate connection to people and the ability to truly get what they’re seeking, Aaron found his niche in the varied specialities and specifications of multiple boroughs, living and breathing buildings at regular intervals.

While Aaron is a believer in focus, he understands that his differentiation lies in the vast amount of knowledge and areas at which he services clients. Super fast paced, he’s legendary for his dual mobile and landline phones, often dialing the next client while finishing the first. He’s the broker who operates on the ‘edge’, while giving each of his contacts the time of day they need. Having landed an average of 130 deals per year, Aaron’s deal brokerage scope ranges from the $10M to $250M package rates, making him a real estate legend. President at Rosewood Realty Group, Aaron founded the company back in ‘07 and initiated over $15B in mid-market investment sales of multifamily, office, retail, and development sites. With a penchant for basketball, Aaron loves sports trivia, movie night, and can be found courtside at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, watching a Nets game. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 daughters.
